We had yesterday, and continuing today, a photoshoot on-going in our house, which will be sold in Sweden. Empty, as I couldn't figure out how to keep all corners tidy and nice during the process. As Paulina was shooting away, I thought to dig out my small camera and save some images.
All inspired by the Bagua again, thought to swop some textiles in our bedroom and make it cool for the summer season! I LOVE the look and feel of these Fabric Copenhagen silk and velvet (made in Vietnam, of course...) cushions and blankets. Blue can be a bit difficult in a bedroom, where it is supposed to be warm and cozy, but this warm petrol or denim tone really works. the windows are facing south, so the light coming in is also warm.
The harem mirrors I've got from Turkey as a farewell present - you have them on the wall face down, the pretty side visible, that is. They are one of the most precious 'treasures' in our home <3.

Meillä on kuvaukset meneillään Ruotsin kodissa, koska joudutaan myymään talo tyhjänä. En kyennyt ymmärtämään, miten saisin tämän talon pidettyä ojennuksessa näyttöjen ajan ;), niin tämä oli helpompi vaihtoehto. Kun ihana Paulina kuvasi, minäkin kaivoin pikku Ixuksen esiin.
Taas kun hurahdin siihen Baguaan, oli ihan pakko vaihtaa vähän tekstiilejä makkariin ja tehdä siitä freshimpi kesään! Absoluuttisesti rakastan näitä Fabric Copenhagenin silkki/sametti tyynyjä ja peittoja (valmistettu Vietnamissa, kuinkas muuten...). Sininen voi olla vähän haastava makkarissa, jossa pitäisi kumminkin olla lämmin ja rauhallinen tunnelma, mutta tämä petroolin sävy todella toimii. Ikkunat ovat etelään, niin toki valokin antaa paljon anteeksi.
Kuvassa olevat haaremipeilit sain joskus aikanaan Turkista läksiäislahjana. Kun niitä ei käytä, ne roikkuvat seinällä kaunis puoli esillä. Yksi tärkeimmistä aarteista täällä kotona <3
